What is ReiKi ?

The Reiki energy is well known for its healing proprieties for centuries.

Learn about the inner life energies which influence our reality and daily events, habits, limitations

and how to make advantage of these energies to heal and improve our life.

ReiKi means in Japanese the self aware energy of life.

The graphic symbol on the left are the Japanese letters Rey and Ki which means:

Rei= Knowledge of spiritual consciousness (Self Awareness).

Ki  = Energy of life.

How it works ?

Reiki is achieved during meetings which include theoretical, practical, and emotional teaching.

During the workshop the master "connects" the participant to the reiki energy (attunement) and teaches the basics of healing.

There are 3 levels for reiki practitioners:

Reiki 1

Reiki 2

Reiki Master

* In some schools the Reiki Master level is divided into 2 sub levels: Reiki 3 and Reiki 4.

How long does it take ?

The traditional reiki workshop is one weekend, but in my opinion this is not enough time to assimilate all the basics, because the knowledge is not only theoretical, but also energy and emotional, so, my workshops are different.

There are 4 or 5 weekly meetings about 3 hours long with home practice, instead of 10 to 12 intensive hours.

How to chose a teacher ?

Choosing your teacher is the most important step. The Reiki teacher is not only a teacher but a mentor too.

The first steps in the energy world with Reiki can encourage or discourage your future spiritual growth.

The logical thinking is not enough to choose the appropriate teacher.

You should take in consideration the following:

• • The most important is your feeling when you talk by phone or meet the teacher,

  • Observe teacher's everyday life if it fits his teaching and values, or the two are separate.

  • And finally, ask the opinion of others who learned from this teacher,

About Reiki 1 workshop:

This workshop is for everyone who wants to improve the quality of his life,

Also, for the one with little or no background in healing.

This workshop is 5 weekly meetings of 3 hours each. Here are some of the main issues:

• • Day 1: Introduction to human life energies, How it influences our everyday life, Reiki energy as a tool for self-knowledge, Emphasis on practical awareness, The Reiki energy and its limitations, Energy attachments and their physical medical disorders.

  • Day 2,3 & 4: Reiki Initiations and practical methods of reiki teaching.

  • Day 5: Additional advanced Reiki techniques, Questions and Answers about the Reiki experience and Reiki 1 graduation Diplomas.

About Reiki 2 workshop:

This workshop is for reiki 1 students who wish to reach a higher level of consciousness

This workshop is 4 weekly meetings of 3 hours each. Here are some of the main issues:

• • Day 1: Rehearsal of Reiki 1 basics and  energy aptness for the participants.

  • Day 2,3: Reiki initiations and practical methods of reiki 2 teaching. The Reiki symbols, Distant Healing, Work with higher reiki energies, Personal insight energy mapping of student body for further self development.

  • Day 4: Closure of the workshop, Questions and Answers about the Reiki experience and Reiki 2 graduation Diplomas.

About Reiki Master:

This workshop is for Reiki 2 healers who wish to teach reiki

This workshop is individual.

• • The first step is preparing the body (physical, emotional, mental and the soul)  for the highest level of reiki energy, then the Master Reiki initiation, accompanied by the theoretical, practical and spiritual knowledge about how to use it right.
